My story
My journey as a pastry chef began in 2003 near Como, Italy, inspired by the rich culinary traditions of my family. Growing up surrounded by the flavours of fresh ingredients and classic desserts, I developed a passion for baking early on.
After completing formal training and apprenticeships in pastry in Monza, I moved to Paris to further my knowledge of French patisserie under the guidance of Benoit Castel and Christophe Louie. After two years, I returned to Milan to work at the renowned Peck.
Since 2011, I have lived in Melbourne, where I share my expertise through classes, workshops, and private consultations for businesses. I also collaborate with the best brands in the industry.
My passion lies in teaching aspiring bakers the art of authentic baking while preserving the traditions of my homeland.
